Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing (email is acceptable) by 5:00 pm EST on October 16, 2009 will be honored with a full refund of the conference registration fee. Cancellations after October 16, 2009 will not be honored with a refund. A substitute from the same organization may take the place of a registered attendee or the conference registration fee may be applied toward the 2010 conference hosted by Gilder Publishing, LLC in association with Forbes Inc.
