Dayne Sampson
Senior Vice President, IAC Search & Media, Ask.com

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Dayne Sampson is responsible for all technology operations of IAC Search & Media's (which includes Ask.com, Excite.com, Iwon.com, MyWay.com and Evite.com) three divisions: Ask.com, IAC Consumer Applications & Portals and IAC Advertising Solutions. Sampson has led the Company's aggressive expansion in technology operations, and was the driving force in the transition away from Windows and Solaris to Linux, allowing the Company to effectively scale its worldwide operations.

Prior to this role, Sampson served as Vice President of Information Technology for Ask Jeeves International, which established and developed the joint ventures of Ask.co.uk with Carlton Communications and Granada Media, Ask.co.jp with Transcosmos, Ask.es with Univision, and Ask.com.au.

Sampson joined the Company in 1999 from Bowne Global Solutions (BGS), the largest software localization firm at the time, and was responsible for worldwide IT operations. During his tenure at BGS, Sampson's clients included Disney, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Novell and Oracle. Sampson has held a variety of IT management positions with other consulting and retail companies.

Sampson has held a CNE, MCSE, CNA and a BS from San Jose State University.
