Brendan Dixon

Brendan Dixon, Computational Biology Researcher, Biologic Institute

Brendan has over twenty years experience in active development and design of highly
complex software for Microsoft, IBM, and Apple computer. He was, among other things,
a Security Architect during which he co-authored a number of the Web Services security
specifications. He was also one of the architects for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and
contributed to many products including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Access, ODBC,
.NET Passport, and MSN. Brendan is presently active in Computational Biology working
for the Biologic Institute in Redmond, Washington.
